Urgent Assistance
It is important for you to know that we operate on an appointment only basis and are unable to offer a crisis service.
If you are in crisis, are feeling unsafe, or in need of urgent mental health assistance, please refer to the contacts below. If the circumstances are urgent seek immediate assistance by attending your local hospital emergency department (at Gosford or Wyong).
Getting To Our Clinic & Parking
Our office is a little bit tricky to find.
We are located on Level 1, at 7 Hudson Lane Terrigal – which is near the back entrance to the Terrigal Medical Centre and opposite the council car park.
We are upstairs, and you can follow any of the psychologist signs or the signs to the art gallery (their door is directly opposite from ours).
Please note that there is a waiting room to the left as you enter. Please kindly wait in this room until your Clinical Psychologist comes to greet you.
Parking can be tricky in Terrigal, particularly over the summer months. We recommend allowing plenty of time prior to your appointment. There is a free 2-hour carpark directly adjacent to our clinic. Alternatively, there is street parking nearby, and also the multi-storey carpark accessible via Wilson Road.
